Box Office:

The Bottling Works is currently open during events and when The Hampshire County Convention & Visitors Bureau is open Tuesday-Saturday 9AM to 1PM and 1:30-4;30PM. 

Advance tickets for both Loy Foundation and Hampshire County Arts Council events will generally be available from the Visitors Center staff by cash or check made out to the presenting organization.

During performances, advance tickets for Loy Foundation events may be available at the door if the program in progress is a Loy Foundation event. If it is another presenter's event, ask at the Concession Stand whether advance tickets for Loy Foundation events are available. Tickets for Loy Foundation Concerts purchased on site may be paid by cash or check made out to The Loy Foundation.

The Hampshire County Arts Council, presents many of the performances in The Bottling Works. Those for which advanced tickets are offered will be displayed on this page.

Purchase advance tickets on-line through this website.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase tickets through this system. Your PayPal confirmation e-mail serves as your ticket, so be sure to print it out and bring it along with you to the performance.

Hampshire County Arts Council Concerts Tickets by Mail: Send your order for Hampshire County Arts Council events only, along with your name, address, e-mail address if any, and check payable to "Hampshire County Arts Council."  Mail to: Tickets, Hampshire County Arts Council, P.O. Box 624, Romney, WV 26757 Your tickets will be mailed to you if time permits. Any tickets for which payment is received the week of the event will be held at the door in your name.

Ticket & Cancellation Policy:

Generally tickets are available at the door one hour prior to the performance, but if you want to be sure to get in, advance purchase is suggested. Advance ticket sales are available on-line through this website or by mail. 

For on-line orders, your PayPal payment receipt will serve as the ticket for admission, so be sure to bring a copy to the event.   All ticket purhases are final; no exchanges or refunds (unless concert is cancelled*).

If the ticket holder notifies the event presenter (The Loy Foundation or The Hampshire County Arts Council) that he/she will not be able to attend the concert and the event is otherwise sold out, the presenter reserves the right to "re-sell" the seat(s). The cost of the ticket(s) will be the ticket-holder's tax-deductible donation to the presenting organization; the ticket holder will be mailed a letter for tax purposes.

*If an event is rescheduled due to weather or performer illness, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event. In the unlikely event of a concert cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the ticket holder upon return of the ticket(s) to The Bottling Works (or Arts Council for their programs) within seven (7) calendar days of the cancelled performance date. Beyond that date, any ticket amount for which a refund request has not been received will be the ticket-holder's tax-deductible donation to the presenting organization; the ticket holder will be mailed a letter for tax purposes.

Door:

The door will open for audience members one hour prior to performances. 

Seating:

Unless otherwise noted, performances have open seating that may be set up in rows or around tables facing the stage depending on the nature of the performance. Reserved seats will be marked with name of purchaser, assigned in order received. You are encouraged to arrive at least a half hour before performance time to choose your seating.

Accessibility:

The Loy Foundation and The Hampshire County Arts Council are committed to making their programs and activities accessible to people with disabilities. Please call 304-496-8201 to request accessibility services.  The building is wheelchair accessible with handicapped parking at the entrance door, and accessible restrooms.  Seating can be arranged for wheelchairs and for those with vision and hearing disabilities.
